Samples, specification sign-off, quality coordination, packaging and export documentation.

Freight is coordinated against your agreed terms and the consignment moves to your market.
What happens at each stage
Send your requirement
Product, target quantity, destination market and any specification you already have — a photo, tech pack or sample reference is enough to begin. We confirm what is realistic before spending your time.
We source
Suitable manufacturers and producers are approached through our supplier network, and assessed against your quality level and volume rather than whoever replies first.
We quote
Pricing, minimum quantities, lead times, materials and payment terms are compared and presented to you in writing, with our honest read on each option.
We prepare
Samples are produced and revised until they match. Production is followed, goods are checked against the approved specification, packaging is prepared and export documentation is put together.
We export
Freight is booked with the carrier or forwarder against your agreed Incoterms, and booking, dispatch and tracking details are passed to you as they are confirmed.
Terms, timing and responsibility
Every order is different. These are the points worth settling early.
Incoterms
We quote against the delivery terms you prefer — EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP among others — so cost and risk are clear from the first quotation.
Lead times
Production time depends on the product, the customisation and the season. We give a realistic range at quotation stage and update it as production is confirmed.
Compliance
Certification, testing and registration requirements vary by product and destination. We identify what is needed and source documents from the supplier or an independent body.
